Entry Level Machine Operator

Job Overview

As a Production Press Operator at PrecisionX in Stormville, NY, you will operate Bruderer stamping machines to support effective production workflows ensuring consistent output quality. This role entails performing essential duties with or without accommodations to facilitate inclusive employment.

Primary Duties

• Assist daily production line activities to uphold manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Oversee production machinery to verify proper function and immediately escalate malfunctions.
• Execute selective in-process quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering strictly to safety guidelines.
• Support documentation efforts by keeping precise production output records and material heat number logs with legible handwriting.
• Follow detailed guidance from supervisors and engage actively in training for skill enhancement.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility by accepting extra responsibilities and adjusting to shifting production needs.
