Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with prospective enterprise clients within the UK and Ireland to develop a qualified pipeline.
- Identify and research potential prospects employing various tools and tactics.
- Drive outbound outreach through emails, calls, and social selling to generate interest in Staffbase's solutions.
- Qualify accounts accurately by understanding their needs, challenges, and suitability for Staffbase offerings.
- Communicate Staffbase’s value clearly and persuasively, customizing messages for HR, Internal Communications, and IT leaders.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing to keep Staffbase prominent among prospects.
- Arrange high-quality meetings for Account Executives and expand influence within key accounts.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady and sustainable pipeline.
- Keep informed about industry developments, competitors, and platform updates for effective positioning.
- Innovate in prospecting processes and provide regular feedback to Sales leadership.
Requirements
- Possess a growth-oriented mindset, strong hunter instinct, and enthusiasm for a career in enterprise SaaS sales.
- Have a minimum of two years' experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, or other roles involving prospect engagement.
- Be goal-driven, energetic, with a sense of urgency and a passion for pursuing targets.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable with making phone calls proactively as part of daily work.
- Open and coachable, viewing feedback as a tool for growth rather than criticism.
- Highly organized with effective time management, able to think both analytically and creatively.
- Team player who values collective successes as much as personal achievements.
- Proficient in business English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
