About the Company and Role
Cylindo, supported by Chaos, offers a cutting-edge 3D product visualization platform revolutionizing how furniture and home brands develop and distribute impactful product content across both digital and physical store environments. The platform aims to boost conversions, decrease product returns, and enhance customer engagement.
We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team. This position focuses on acquiring and growing strategic accounts within the furniture and home sectors by selling our advanced visualization solution to enterprise-level manufacturers and retailers. The role involves leading complex sales cycles engaging various stakeholders including ecommerce, digital, product, and marketing leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure and account expansion.
- Build relationships and engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers at enterprise clients.
- Identify customer objectives and tailor Cylindo's platform to address critical challenges.
- Work closely with solution engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize value delivery throughout sales engagements.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using HubSpot CRM and the MEDDPICC sales framework.
- Consistently achieve or surpass quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 3 years handling complex, enterprise-level accounts.
- Experience selling to ecommerce, digital, or IT decision-makers.
- Preferably, background with Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management Systems (CMS), or ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Adobe Commerce.
- Strong history of meeting sales quotas and successfully managing strategic deals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to demonstrate a strong executive presence.
- Preference for candidates located in or near Boston, Massachusetts or London, United Kingdom.
