Job Overview

We invite applications for the role of Engineering Recruiter based in Hyderabad. This full-time position operates during night shifts and requires a seasoned recruiter with a minimum of one year of experience managing the entire technical recruitment process. The role focuses on engineering domains such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Aerospace, Electrical, and Embedded Systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to closing offers.
• Collaborate closely with engineering managers and project leaders to detail specialized technical job descriptions.
• Source candidates using diverse channels including job platforms, professional networks, databases, and employee referrals.
• Evaluate resumes, administer technical assessments, and facilitate interview scheduling.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines for roles in research & development, design, validation, testing, embedded systems, quality assurance, and manufacturing.
• Ensure strict adherence to hiring policies, procedures, and relevant regulations across multiple sectors.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and candidate engagement.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and foster ongoing relationships with potential recruits.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in technical recruitment within relevant fields including Medical/Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Aerospace, and Electrical/Embedded domains.
• Specific expertise hiring for roles like QA/QC Engineers, Regulatory Specialists, R&D Engineers, Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, FEA/CAE Analysts, Embedded Software and Hardware Engineers, and Control Systems Engineers.
• Proven capability managing high-volume and highly specialized recruitment demands.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational aptitude and effective time management.

Additional Information
