Engineering Director

Job Summary

The Engineering Director will lead the technical and engineering efforts across various construction projects, ensuring that work is delivered successfully, compliant with approved designs, contracts, quality standards, budgets, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise engineering and technical teams involved in multiple projects.
• Manage design reviews, coordinate technical activities, and drive value engineering and constructability assessments.
• Guarantee adherence to drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate extensively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
• Track engineering progress, assess technical risks, allocate resources, and address project requirements.
• Resolve challenging technical problems and develop effective engineering solutions.
• Implement engineering workflows and assure the quality and prompt delivery of technical outputs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• At least two decades of experience in engineering and construction sectors.
• Proven expertise working with large construction or contracting firms and managing major projects.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities combined with strong technical, project management, and commercial acumen.
