About the Role
KONE Elevator India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking to immediately recruit a skilled Service & Maintenance Technician specialized in elevator and escalator systems. The position is based in Kacharakanahalli, Bengaluru and involves hands-on fieldwork to maintain and troubleshoot elevator and escalator equipment to ensure their optimal performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular servicing and maintenance of elevators and escalators to ensure reliable operation.
- Perform both preventive measures and corrective maintenance to avoid and address breakdowns effectively.
- Identify faults and carry out troubleshooting to diagnose technical issues promptly.
- Inspect various components and systems within elevators for safety and performance compliance.
- Ensure the safe and seamless operation of elevator and escalator systems at customer sites.
- Address customer complaints and service needs efficiently, maintaining professional communication.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and standards to prevent hazards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year of practical experience working with elevators and escalators in a service or maintenance capacity.
- Any educational background is acceptable for qualification purposes.
Compensation
The monthly salary range offered for this role is between ₹19,000 and ₹35,000.
