Electrician

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team at Melbourne Airport on a full-time basis for the afternoon shift. This role primarily involves reactive maintenance duties, along with responsibilities for preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and installations. As part of a dedicated group, you'll contribute to high-quality electrical services at a major commercial and industrial site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform reactive maintenance tasks promptly and effectively across the site.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults accurately.
• Carry out installation work as required, meeting safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
• Hold an A Grade Electrical license.
• Have a valid driver’s license; a white card is advantageous.
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to delivering high-standard work.
• Have a strong understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
• Experience working on large commercial or industrial sites, especially focused on reactive maintenance, is preferred.
