Electrical Technician

Role Overview

The Electrical Technician will be responsible for conducting on-site visits, performing maintenance and servicing, as well as taking measurements for all of RELYON's lighting product lines. This position entails direct interaction with clients, requiring excellent communication skills and basic technical ability.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain and service lighting products including Stretch Ceiling, Fiber Optic, Water Bubble Panel, Club Lighting, and Artificial Fire.
• Visit project sites to assess requirements before installation and communicate necessary provisions to clients and site teams.
• Accurately conduct site measurements for product installation.
• Explain installation prerequisites to clients and contractors during site visits.
• Submit detailed reports after each visit or service engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in performing precise measurements is essential.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, multimeters, and working on ladders.
• No mandatory formal education like ITI or Diploma; practical, hands-on skills take priority.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is optional but not required.
