Electrical Maintenance and Automation Engineer - PLC Programming

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance and Automation Engineer to join a leading AC manufacturing company located in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have over five years of hands-on experience managing maintenance and automation tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Mitsubishi, Keyence, Toshiba, Schneider, and Yaskawa systems.
• Maintain and resolve issues with Fanuc controls, VFDs, HMIs, and industrial robots from manufacturers like Fanuc, Yaskawa, and Mitsubishi.
• Service injection molding, stamping, press machines, conveyors, and motors.
• Utilize strong knowledge in electrical circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, trials, and planning spare parts for new machinery.
• Track and analyze maintenance KPIs including Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), equipment uptime, and maintenance expenditures.
• Apply proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics, or a related field.
