The Education Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students towards appropriate educational programs, ensuring their transition into enrolled candidates via effective and ethical counselling techniques.

Key Duties

• Transform incoming inquiries into enrolled admissions by applying structured and results-driven counselling methods.
• Conduct proactive follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms to maximize conversion rates.
• Keep detailed and current records regarding inquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and daily counselling performance.
• Maintain professional communication with parents, addressing questions and offering clear advice on course offerings and career options.
• Consistently meet monthly admission goals while upholding high ethical standards in counselling practices.
