E-Commerce Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Manager to oversee and expand our online retail platforms. The candidate will be responsible for streamlining daily operations across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Shopify, focusing on maximizing sales and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer various e-commerce platforms by listing products, updating titles, descriptions, images, prices, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Handle order processing and tracking from confirmation through to dispatch and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and internal sales staff to facilitate seamless order fulfillment.
• Manage post-sale processes such as returns, cancellations, replacements, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Track marketplace performance including sales volume, stock levels, and product metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate and analyze sales reports on daily, weekly, and monthly intervals to inform decision-making.
• Develop and implement promotional activities, discounts, offers, and marketing campaigns on various platforms.
• Apply foundational e-commerce SEO principles and keyword strategies to enhance product search rankings.
• Monitor competitor pricing strategies and maintain online product visibility to stay competitive.
• Ensure the online product catalogs remain accurate and current with up-to-date information.

Experience and Educational Requirements

The role requires candidates to have between two to three years of relevant experience managing e-commerce operations.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The monthly compensation ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 20,000.
