Dressing & Signage Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Dressing & Signage Coordinator to oversee the execution of dressing, branding, and signage installations for a major international football tournament scheduled in Saudi Arabia. This contract role runs from September 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027, providing a valuable opportunity for professionals with a background in event operations, venue management, production, exhibitions, activations, or visual merchandising to contribute to a large-scale sporting event.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination and installation of event dressing, branding, and signage within designated areas.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery according to specifications.
• Assist with site inspections, develop installation schedules, and conduct quality assurance checks.
• Continuously oversee signage and branding needs throughout the event lifecycle.
• Identify and address operational challenges related to dressing and signage promptly.
• Keep meticulous records through trackers, plans, and relevant documentation.
• Provide support to the broader venue and event operations teams when required.

Candidate Profile

• Background in events, exhibitions, activations, production, venue operations, branding, signage, or retail/visual merchandising.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience collaborating with multiple suppliers, contractors, or stakeholders.
• Ability to operate confidently in a dynamic, site-based environment.
• High attention to detail with strong prioritization skills.
• Prior involvement in large-scale events or significant sporting events is considered a plus.
