Role Overview

Domino's is seeking enthusiastic and punctual Delivery Drivers who enjoy engaging with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers flexible schedules suitable for students, part-timers, or those seeking supplemental income. Delivery Drivers play a vital role in providing quick, accurate, and friendly delivery service, representing the brand professionally.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently navigate the delivery area using maps, reaching diverse locations including multi-story buildings and private residences while carrying hot pizza products.
• Communicate positively and manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction upon delivery.
• Perform repetitive tasks both independently and within a team, adhering to quality standards and safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory activities such as stocking ingredients and supplies in various storage areas, including coolers.
• Handle telephone orders promptly and accurately to facilitate timely deliveries.
• Perform basic arithmetic quickly and correctly to handle cash transactions and make change as needed.
• Use technology such as computer keyboards, touchscreens, and foot pedals as part of store operations.

Physical and Additional Requirements

• Be able to stand for most of the shift in an environment with tile and linoleum flooring.
• Participate in unloading deliveries up to 50 pounds, requiring lifting and stacking.
• Occasionally crouch, squat, bend, or use stairs during job tasks.
• Demonstrate hand-eye coordination necessary for shaping pizza dough, handling equipment like pizza peels and cutters, and assembling pizza boxes.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle records assessment per company standards.
