About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Agent to join our Water team on a full-time, permanent basis at Sandon Valley, Hanningfield, Chelmsford. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service to our clients, communities, and the environment.
Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks such as managing work diaries for Distribution Technicians, utilizing Excel, and daily communication with customers through inbound and outbound telephone calls. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
