Position Overview

Join the expanding team as a full-time Dispatcher in New Minas, Nova Scotia. This role involves devising optimal delivery routes for drivers, ensuring all orders are accurate and ready for shipment, and managing critical tracking details throughout the delivery process. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $18.20 to $20.40 based on experience, along with immediate access to paid time off and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and assign efficient driving routes to delivery drivers based on geographic location and delivery priority.
• Ensure timely recording of delivery times by drivers within the management system.
• Oversee tracking parameters within the delivery management platform.
• Verify order accuracy and readiness for shipment.
• Pick and pack orders by locating parts within store inventory and preparing them for dispatch.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to quickly resolve problems, make decisions, multitask, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in dispatching is considered an asset.

The Auto Parts Division specializes in sales, distribution, and marketing of replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks. It operates the largest vehicle replacement parts distribution network in Canada, including well-known banners such as NAPA Auto Parts, Altrom-Autocamping (imported vehicle parts), and CMAX (paint and body supplies).
