  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to define requirements, set priorities, and roll out ML-driven initiatives that bolster user engagement.

Requirements

  • Over a decade of professional experience in machine learning with a strong background in building and deploying large-scale ML systems end-to-end.
  • At least three years of leadership experience managing technical teams while maintaining a hands-on approach.
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines, or equivalent practical expertise.
  • Extensive knowledge of deep learning applied to recommendation and personalization systems, with practical experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
  • Proven skills in building and managing full-stack ML pipelines, covering data extraction, mining, feature creation, model training, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong grasp of statistical methodologies including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and model performance metrics relevant to ML.
  • Capability to thoroughly analyze individual components and system architecture to ensure cohesive ML solution design.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to steer product and technical strategy effectively.
