As the only independent global mobility business, the company enables organizations to streamline and manage their international mobility programs efficiently and compliantly. Role Overview
Vialto is establishing a new commercial team focused on accelerating business growth by partnering closely with senior leaders. The Director, Client Growth role is a revenue-driving position responsible for closing business deals and supporting partners in winning new opportunities. This position requires both frontline sales expertise and coordination to facilitate continuous pipeline development and deal flow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map target markets, concentrating on multinational employers, private equity-backed portfolios, and rapidly growing companies as high-value prospects in global mobility.
- Maintain a consistent outreach strategy using channels such as LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and direct contact to generate qualified client meetings.
- Evaluate potential opportunities by understanding global mobility challenges like workforce compliance, immigration inefficiencies, and mobility issues during mergers and acquisitions, progressing manageable deals independently, and involving partners when expertise is needed.
- Manage the logistics, scheduling, and preparation for request-for-proposal (RFP) and pitch processes, allowing senior partners to focus on content and maintaining client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with senior partners by ensuring smooth hand-offs on complex projects, co-developing account plans to prioritize sectors and contacts, and participating in pipeline review meetings to keep teams aligned.
- Maintain CRM systems meticulously to ensure no opportunities are lost due to administrative issues.
- Represent Vialto at industry and sector forums to expand network and build relationships with relocation companies, HR tech vendors, law firms, and executive search firms.
- Support dissemination of thought leadership by promoting partners' insights to appropriate audiences at optimal times.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in sophisticated B2B sales involving complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, including personally closing deals.
- Experience in related professional services areas such as relocation management, HR consulting, employment law, benefits advisory, or ERP/HCM consulting is highly desirable.
- A proven record of successfully acquiring new clients (new logos) rather than solely expanding existing accounts.
- Comfort working alongside senior partners or executives in professional services settings, understanding the dynamics where those delivering services also maintain client relationships.
