Role Overview

This critical leadership position involves architecting, developing, and managing the organization's AI and data capabilities across people, processes, and technology to achieve a data-driven and AI-enabled enterprise. The Director will collaborate extensively with executive and senior leaders from Digital, Technology, and other business units to transform strategic ambitions into practical, scalable AI and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and guide the enterprise AI and data strategy and roadmap, leveraging data as a strategic asset to drive growth and optimize costs.
• Serve as the organization's primary advocate for AI, promoting education, adoption, and realization of value across all business functions.
• Develop and continuously improve the AI and Data operating model, balancing internal capabilities, outsourcing, and delivery to align with evolving business requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, actively managing risks, eliminating barriers to delivery, and encouraging ongoing improvement.
• Define and implement enterprise standards for AI and data methodologies, tools, and practices to ensure consistency, reuse, and scalable efficiency.
• Lead the creation and enforcement of comprehensive AI and data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to guarantee compliance with regulatory mandates.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with over 12 years of experience in data, AI, platform engineering, or related fields.
• Proven leadership abilities with versatility and a record of achieving results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience successfully managing large-scale data capability transformations is highly desirable.
