Job description
Overview
This role is ideal for diploma holders in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and involves hands-on support in manufacturing aluminum die casting products for automotive and home appliance sectors. The incumbent will contribute to day-to-day production activities ensuring adherence to procedures and quality benchmarks within a factory environment located in Greater Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily manufacturing processes by adhering strictly to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the shop floor.
- Assist in machine setup, operation, and supervision of assembly lines or heavy machinery to ensure smooth production flow.
- Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished products to detect defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Support basic troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions and promptly report any technical issues to supervisors during shifts.
- Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness in line with 5S methodology and factory health and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate production records, monitor output quantities, and assist in updating shift reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Ability to calibrate instrumentation for optimal performance and precise quality control measurements.
- Ensure instrumentation systems comply with safety norms and industry standards to maintain operational integrity.
