Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a specialist in digital technologies and platforms, you will enhance the understanding and utilization of current digital tools across the Business Unit. Your role involves investigating new platform features and functionalities, conducting training sessions to elevate digital proficiency in various departments, providing support during the rollout of new digital systems, resolving platform-related issues, generating reports, refining procedures, and formulating policies. You will also be responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by the department manager.

Key Qualifications

• Familiar with digital platforms, various technologies, and software applications, with confidence in using them.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively convey information.
• Experience in delivering training programs, including interactive formats.
• Proficient in Armenian, English, and Russian languages.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge or understanding of automation and digitalization principles is advantageous.
