Role Overview

The Delivery Rider at Pugyoo is a full-time remote position responsible for transporting bakery orders from partner vendors to customers. Duties encompass collecting items, confirming order details, and delivering packages securely and punctually. The role requires using mobile apps to receive delivery assignments, navigate routes, update the delivery status, and maintain communication with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up bakery items from affiliated vendors and verify order accuracy.
• Ensure prompt and careful delivery to customers' locations.
• Use company mobile applications for task assignments, route guidance, and status updates.
• Maintain polite and professional interactions with customers.
• Manage basic payment or confirmation processes during deliveries.
• Adhere strictly to the company's safety, hygiene, and quality protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Exemplary communication and customer service abilities to foster positive delivery experiences.
• Capability to perform basic sales or upselling when suitable, promoting Pugyoo services.
• Prior experience with food and beverage handling, emphasizing hygiene and safe transport.
