Delivery Partner

Overview

We are looking for Delivery Partners to efficiently pick up and transport orders including food, groceries, and other items from restaurants or retail stores to customers. This role offers flexibility in working hours, consistent weekly payouts, and opportunities to earn incentives based on performance.

Key Duties

• Collect orders from specified partner restaurants or stores.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders within designated estimated times.
• Manage and accept delivery requests using the designated delivery partner mobile app.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safe driving protocols.
• Handle and transport food items carefully to avoid damage or spillage.
• Offer polite and professional interaction with customers upon delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery records through the mobile application.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driving license (except for cycle-based deliveries in some locations).
• Own a two-wheeler or bicycle as required by the city standards.
• Have a smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
• Basic understanding of local area routes and map navigation.
• Required relevant documentation including Aadhaar, PAN card, and bank account details for onboarding.
