Job Overview

Blinkit is recruiting Delivery Partners (Delivery Executives) in Pune across various hub locations, aiming to provide flexible shift options suitable for part-time or full-time engagement.

Work Schedule & Earnings

• Shift durations available: 4, 8, or 10 hours per day.
• Compensation is based on completed deliveries, with additional surge and peak hour incentives.
• Estimated monthly income ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹40,000+, dependent on workload and orders completed.
• Payments are made weekly and transferred directly to the delivery partner's bank account.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage notifications for grocery and daily-essential deliveries via the Blinkit Delivery App.
• Collect prepared orders from designated Blinkit Dark Stores or warehouses.
• Utilize GPS navigation to ensure timely and safe delivery of orders to customers.
• Handle Cash-on-Delivery payments when applicable, collecting cash or confirming online transactions.
• Take care to handle fragile and perishable items appropriately during transit.

Eligibility Criteria and Required Documents

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ownership of a personal two-wheeler vehicle such as a motorcycle, scooter, or electric scooter; bicycles may be acceptable for selected short-distance hubs.
• Possess an Android smartphone with an active internet connection.
• No formal academic qualifications required, but basic literacy to understand deliveries and app instructions is necessary.
• Mandatory documents include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, valid Driving License, Vehicle Registration Certificate and Insurance papers, and bank account details (passbook image or canceled cheque) for payment processing.
