Job Overview
This permanent full-time position is based onsite in Mississauga, Ontario. The ideal candidate will bring over eight years of extensive expertise in data privacy, governance, and masking, particularly within banking and financial services environments. A strong background working with mainframe technologies, including COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in test data management and familiarity with database development and administration, especially Oracle, is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data discovery and classification to effectively manage test data.
- Design and implement data masking solutions, incorporating automation and scripting practices to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders closely, ensuring alignment with project objectives and compliance standards.
- Work with IBM Optim and other mainframe tools to support data masking and governance processes.
- Provide database administration and technical support to maintain compliance and governance standards.

- In-depth mainframe skills.
