Data Manager (Remote)

Role Summary

We seek a Data Manager to work full-time remotely, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of datasets supporting AI and machine learning models. This role involves conducting detailed quality assessments, rectifying data errors, and verifying output reliability alongside cross-disciplinary teams to uphold high-quality data standards for automated solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manually review AI-produced data to detect inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or biases.
• Correct and annotate data points to enhance model effectiveness and dependability.
• Assess datasets against established quality benchmarks and business needs.
• Maintain documentation on data issues and their resolutions for team reference and transparency.
• Report findings and provide recommendations to engineering and product teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of data annotation, labeling, or quality assurance techniques.
• Proficiency using spreadsheets, databases, or tools for data visualization.
• Exceptional attention to detail for identifying discrepancies within large datasets.
• Strong communication skills for clear reporting of issues and corrective actions.
