Role Overview

Join a dynamic team as a Data Manager working remotely on a full-time basis, focusing on supporting AI and machine learning systems through rigorous data management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure data integrity and accuracy by executing manual inspections, correcting errors, annotating data, and validating the datasets used for automated models.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed manual reviews of AI-produced data to detect errors, inconsistencies, or potential biases
• Modify and annotate data points to enhance machine learning model reliability and accuracy
• Assess datasets based on predefined quality standards and business objectives
• Maintain thorough documentation of data issues and their resolutions for transparency and team knowledge
• Effectively communicate findings and improvement suggestions to cross-functional engineering and product teams

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or closely related disciplines
• Knowledge of data annotation, labeling, or quality assurance methodologies
• Experience working with spreadsheets, database systems, or tools for data visualization
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong capability to detect inconsistencies in extensive datasets
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for comprehensive reporting of data issues and solutions
