Data Architect - Manufacturing Platform

Role Overview

We are looking for skilled Data Architects to support our manufacturing platforms including Polypropylene (PP) Blister, Continuous Direct Compression (CDC), and ASD processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong manufacturing domain expertise combined with a deep understanding of enterprise systems and data architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual data flow models aligned with reference architectures across manufacturing platforms.
• Define clear data handoffs and integration points among ERP, MES, LIMS, SCADA/OT systems, and historians.
• Document variations in architecture between different sites and provide standardization where feasible.
• Collaborate extensively with subject matter experts and stakeholders across multiple sites to gather requirements and validate current and proposed data flows.

Technical and Domain Requirements

• Hands-on experience with manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, historians, LIMS, and SCADA/OT platforms.
• Proficient in data mapping and understanding data movement across IT and OT landscapes.
• Ability to define and implement conceptual data flows integrating various manufacturing processes.
• Sound knowledge of data lineage and its practical application in manufacturing environments.

Communication & Collaboration

• Strong communication skills to interface effectively with both technical personnel and business units.
• Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into accessible information for diverse audiences.
