Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Data Annotator to join remotely. In this position, you will be responsible for examining, tagging, and classifying diverse data types such as text, images, audio, and video in line with project-specific directives. Daily activities include adhering to detailed annotation protocols, ensuring high accuracy, and using proprietary software to complete assignments within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Implement meticulous review and labeling of data based on predefined guidelines.
• Use internal annotation tools and platforms to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with project supervisors to clarify instructions and resolve ambiguities in data.
• Provide feedback on annotation procedures and recommend guideline enhancements.
• Perform quality assurance checks to verify the integrity of completed annotations.
• Support ongoing improvements in annotation workflows and processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to strictly follow structured instructions.
• Comfortable utilizing digital and web-based tools, including spreadsheets and databases.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting and categorizing various data formats.
• Effective communication abilities for remote teamwork and coordination.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing time to meet quality and productivity benchmarks in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in data annotation, AI/ML datasets, or content moderation is advantageous.
• Basic English proficiency is required; knowledge of Indian regional languages is beneficial for localized projects.
• Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma; higher education in technology or related fields is preferred.
