About the Role

Sutherland, a global leader in digital transformation and business optimization, is seeking skilled professionals with hands-on experience in annotating data across various formats including text, images, videos, and audio. Candidates will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and accuracy of datasets that drive AI and analytics projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform precise and consistent annotations or labeling tasks on multi-modal data sets such as text, images, videos, and audio clips.
• Review, categorize, and organize data strictly following detailed project guidelines to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure high accuracy and productivity to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Detect and report discrepancies, errors, or ambiguities within data collections to improve dataset integrity.
• Adhere to project-specific annotation protocols and quality benchmarks.
• Engage in effective communication with team members and stakeholders to resolve data-related concerns.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least one year of professional experience in data annotation or labeling roles.
• Demonstrable expertise in using annotation tools for various data types including text, image, video, and audio.
• Strong analytical thinking and keen observational abilities are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate within a team environment.
• Willingness and ability to work in a rotational 24x7 shift schedule.
• Immediate joining availability is highly preferred.

Additional Information

• Work location is at Sutherland’s office in Lanco Hills, Manikonda, Hyderabad.
• Candidates should reside within a 25 km radius of the Hyderabad office to be eligible.
• This is an on-site role; remote work options are not available.
