Job Overview

We are looking to hire a dedicated Customer Support Specialist for an international voice process based in Panchkula, Haryana. This role requires excellent communication capabilities and aims to deliver exceptional customer service without graveyard shifts.

Work Schedule and Incentives

• Five working days per week
• No night or graveyard shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Handling direct customer interactions over the phone professionally and promptly
• Efficiently addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Gathering and analyzing relevant information to effectively manage customer concerns
• Maintaining accurate documentation of customer feedback, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure a smooth service delivery
• Conducting follow-ups to guarantee customer's complete satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in international voice-based customer service roles
• Alternatively, fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal communication proficiency
