Job description
About the Role
This position offers an entry-level opportunity to gain practical experience in 24/7 international customer support operations. The role is based at Tech Mahindra Building, Tower-2 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and involves working in a dynamic, rotational shift environment.
Key Duties
- Oversee and coordinate transportation schedules along with fleet rostering assignments.
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls with clients and business partners.
- Support data entry activities to maintain operational records.
Qualifications
- Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in operations or customer support.
- Proficient English communication skills suitable for international voice interactions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, including working with CSV files.
- Willingness to work in rotation across 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with one day off per week on a rotating basis.
