Customer Support Executive (Voice/Chat Process)

About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant and customer-oriented executive to engage with clients via chat and voice channels. The goal is to manage customer interactions while driving sales and meeting organizational targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and understand customer needs to suggest appropriate products or services.
• Generate potential leads and transform inquiries into completed sales.
• Clearly communicate product details, pricing, promotions, and advantages.
• Deliver accurate information to ensure a positive experience for customers.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong sales aptitude, including negotiation, persuasion, and effective handling of objections.
• Goal-driven with a strong focus on successfully closing sales.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Candidate Profile

Applicants who have completed graduation or are undergraduates with relevant background are welcomed. Experience ranging from none up to three years in sales, telecalling, customer support, chat support, BPO, telesales, or business development is preferred. Fresh graduates demonstrating excellent communication and sales potential are also encouraged to apply.
