Key performance indicators include escalation management, account review, queue management, and overall customer service excellence focused on the Canadian context.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer service tasks within the Canada workflow by applying strong customer-focused and service-oriented approaches to maintain traceable deadline control, emphasizing escalation management and queue oversight.

- Monitor ongoing actions via detailed reporting, follow-ups, and ticket administration, ensuring ownership, completeness, and deadlines remain transparent and enforced.
- Accurately document decisions, handoffs, and problem resolutions to enable smooth continuation of tasks by authorized teammates without losing historical context.
- Utilize thorough case documentation and customer communications to uphold quality standards; escalate issues promptly when record accuracy cannot be verified.
Success Criteria

Any pending tasks must have assigned ownership, and completed activities must provide a clear evidence trail.

- Clear and concise written communication skills for precise documentation of ownership, task status, and next steps.
- Competence in customer communications, ticketing systems, and problem-solving while maintaining detailed and accurate workflow records.
- Sound decision-making capabilities related to workflow escalations and operational reporting requirements.
Position Details
- Full-time, entry-level role.
- Completely remote position based within Canada.
- Annual base salary range: $40,000 to $60,000.
