Your role includes ensuring clear communication about products, pricing, offers, warranty policies, and more. You'll also manage customer follow-ups, handle queries and complaints professionally, and maintain thorough records of feedback and interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Assess customer requirements and guide them to appropriate sales staff or product sections.
• Clearly communicate information on products, prices, promotions, warranty, and return policies.
• Conduct follow-ups post-purchase to verify customer satisfaction.
• Address basic customer inquiries and complaints courteously, coordinating solutions with relevant teams.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers via phone or WhatsApp as necessary.
• Encourage customers to provide Google Reviews and share feedback after positive purchases.
• Document feedback, complaints, reviews, and follow-ups systematically.
• Collaborate with sales and store teams to facilitate seamless customer experiences.
• Identify potential opportunities for repeat business and further engagement.
• Inform customers about new products, accessories, offers, and promotions.
• Ensure customers leave with a favorable impression of the brand.
