Job Overview
Join a forward-thinking aerospace team in Jiddah, Saudi Arabia as a Customer MRO Consultant. This role centers on guiding and supporting a customer's Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations, ensuring alignment with current business demands and scalability for growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support the Saudi Technic JPC team to meet both current and future business objectives.
- Oversee MRO planning, materials management, customer support, and repair processes.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional GE team to enhance turnaround time and efficiency within MRO operations.
- Assist in formulating and executing repair strategies and growth plans consistent with machine capabilities and repair licenses.
- Support transition plans for shop development and implementation.
- Utilize data-driven metrics to monitor performance and promote continuous improvement across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain and communicate GE business performance metrics regularly to leadership and steering committees.
- Standardize communication processes and develop comprehensive metrics reports.
- Contribute to reporting and analysis focused on improving first-time repair yields.
- Champion the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and change management techniques.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Proven leadership in developing MRO capabilities.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Over 12 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years within an MRO environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of CFM engines.
- Advanced mentoring and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
