Role Overview

We are seeking a senior management consultant to serve as a technology strategist. This individual will help clients unlock greater business value through technology by guiding them in areas such as digital strategy formulation and operating model design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior clients to recognize market trends and pinpoint technology-driven business opportunities.
• Develop and validate comprehensive technology strategies, supporting business cases, and transformation initiatives.
• Design or improve operating models that ensure effective technology governance and alignment with business goals.
• Lead initiatives to boost the efficiency of technology organizations by optimizing processes, tools, and personnel—introducing orchestration and automation where beneficial.
• Create technology reference architectures, develop service portfolios, and support associated product innovation.
• Conduct technology benchmarking and formulate cost-optimization methods, including service and application rationalization.
• Promote innovative perspectives on how digital technologies transform business operations.
• Act entrepreneurially by challenging established norms at the client’s executive (C-level) stage.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects for Cisco through advisory services.

Candidate Qualifications

• Master's degree with an outstanding academic record, or a bachelor's degree plus over ten years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in management consulting and five years in senior roles within technology-driven service delivery organizations.
• Proven experience across diverse sectors like Enterprise, Government, and Service Providers.
• Expertise in significant technology areas such as Smart Buildings, Smart Cities, or Digital Government projects.
• Strong knowledge of agile delivery, IT Service Management (ITSM), IoT, AI, and emerging technology trends.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.

• An MBA degree.
• Ability to speak multiple languages.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to varied audiences.
• Proven multitasking skills with flexibility to travel across the EMEAR region.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with confidence to challenge conventions and advise C-suite executives strategically.

Work Conditions and Benefits

• Hybrid full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Weekly working hours: 48 hours.
• Travel expected approximately 20% of the time.
