Job description
Role Overview
Join our team as a Customer Care Representative where you will be an essential part of connecting customers through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and social media. This fixed-term position runs from 5th October 2026 until 15th January 2027, offering a supportive and engaging environment where delivering exceptional customer experience is a priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries using various channels including phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer issues by utilizing multiple internal systems.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to manage challenging conversations with clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed comprehensively.
Working Conditions and Schedule
- This role is based at 122 Kerwyn Avenue, East Tamaki, Auckland.
- The working schedule includes 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (exact shifts will be confirmed).
- Training is conducted in person for three weeks, running Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm starting from the commencement date.
- Commencement date: 5th October 2026.
- Interview assessments are scheduled for 25th and 26th August 2026.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in contact center or direct customer service roles is essential.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to independently resolve customer queries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously and technologically adept.
- Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
- Maintains composure and professionalism during high-pressure interactions.
