About the Opportunity

An immediate opening is available for the role of Customer Care Executive at a reputed company operating in Ghansoli Mahape, Mumbai. The position involves handling inbound customer service for processes including TruFinance and IDFC Collection. Candidates must possess a minimum qualification of graduation for TruFinance or HSC for IDFC, with varying experience requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer service interactions professionally.
• Engage in collection process activities for IDFC as assigned.
• Adhere to shift schedules and rotational weekly offs.
• Participate in interview rounds including HR and Operations as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation required for TruFinance process; minimum HSC for IDFC collection process.
• Good communication skills essential; fluency in any language acceptable.
• Experience of at least 12 months mandatory for TruFinance with freshers also considered for IDFC process.

Compensation and Work Conditions

• Salary ranges from ₹13,000 to ₹19,000 in hand, depending on the specific process and language skills.
• Work shifts typically run from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (any 9-hour shift) for TruFinance and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for IDFC process.
• Rotational weekly offs applicable.
• Work location is conveniently located about 10 minutes on foot from Ghansoli station in Ghansoli Mahape.
