Customer Care Executive

About the Role

Protalk Solutions is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join their team located in Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This position welcomes both freshers and candidates with prior experience. The primary responsibility involves handling customer interactions related to payment collections, maintaining communication professionally and clearly, and supporting payment process queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls from customers concerning collections and payment follow-ups.
• Communicate effectively about outstanding payments and secure payment commitments.
• Keep accurate call records and adhere to prescribed productivity and compliance guidelines.
• Resolve basic inquiries about payment details and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for collections and customer outreach.
• Follow company policies and standard call handling procedures diligently.

Requirements

• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, along with knowledge of either Telugu or Kannada languages.
• Ability to work in general shifts with six working days per week and rotational weekly offs.

Salary and Benefits

The pay package offers a take-home salary of approximately 17000 per month with a total cost to company (CTC) of up to 20000 monthly.

Work Location

Work is to be performed at the Perungudi office, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Google Maps location).
