Customer Advisor - ROI

Role Summary

B&Q Ireland seeks Customer Advisors for its Letterkenny store to provide expert assistance and advice to customers aiming to improve their homes. Positions are offered on both full-time and part-time schedules ranging from 8 to 36.75 hours weekly. Contracts available include permanent and three-month fixed terms with shifts throughout the week between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor, you will become a trusted consultant to customers, understanding their home improvement needs and offering tailored guidance. Your duties include driving sales, managing stock levels, curating in-store displays, and maintaining the store's welcoming appearance. Training opportunities are provided in specialized areas such as paint mixing and timber cutting. Delivering exceptional customer service remains the cornerstone of this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive wage with a standard hourly rate of €15.45 and a Sunday premium rate of €18.75.
