About the Role
Hobby Lobby is in search of motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Custom Framers. This position demands enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service within an upscale, dynamic retail environment that includes art and craft supplies, home accents, seasonal merchandise, fabric, and floral departments. The store operates Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
Primary Responsibilities
- Procure necessary framing supplies efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the framing department remains well-stocked.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons.
- Complete all custom framing orders punctually.
- Craft frames for artwork, needlework, and cross-stitch items.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive knowledge of Fine Arts.
- Proven experience working with custom molding in picture framing.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with merchandise displays.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- Dependable and trustworthy character.
- Ability to provide references from previous employment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive wages starting at $20.15 to $21.15 per hour for full-time roles.
- Part-time positions available with pay ranging from $15.75 to $16.75 per hour.
