Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage crewing operations independently with minimal guidance.
• Process, validate, and verify maritime and offshore certificates accurately, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
• Maintain organization and meet daily deadlines with a calm and responsible approach.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Crewing Assistant, preferably within high-volume crewing or offshore operations.
• In-depth understanding of STCW regulations and maritime certificates, including distinctions between offshore and tanker fleets.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in maritime or offshore recruitment.
• Strong decision-making capabilities and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Practical knowledge of vessel types, ranks, and certification matrices.
