We are searching for enthusiastic Crew Members to join our Avon, IN location to help us continue this mission.
Role Overview
As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you will assist in providing efficient, friendly service while preparing food by hand—no freezers, microwaves, or can openers involved. Training will be provided to master various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This position offers a clear progression path, with over 80% of managers promoted from Crew.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare fresh ingredients and meals at different stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant.
- Engage with the team to support smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the role.
- Have a passion for assisting and serving both customers and fellow team members.
- Keen interest in learning extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
