Role Overview

As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you will take part in preparing handmade food daily, working at stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. We hire individuals from varied backgrounds, whether experienced in food service roles such as dishwasher, server, or cook, or new to the industry. Our comprehensive training and clear career progression allow many Crew Members to move into managerial roles—with over 80% of managers promoted from Crew positions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and confidently operate at various workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa making, and expo.
• Deliver excellent customer service to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Support team members and customers with enthusiasm and attentiveness.

Requirements

• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude towards serving both customers and teammates.
• Show eagerness to learn cooking skills and food preparation tasks.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) spoken at the work location.
