Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and enthusiastic service, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Prepare fresh menu items daily, maintaining high quality standards without use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
• Engage positively with team members and customers to foster a supportive environment.
• Operate various stations such as grilling, cashiering, prepping ingredients, salsa making, and food expo.

Required Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the worksite.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for serving and helping others.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn extensive cooking techniques.
