Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will be part of a team that is transforming fast food into a more meaningful experience. You will prepare fresh food by hand daily without the use of freezers or microwaves, operate at various stations such as grill, cashier, and prep, and help create a welcoming environment for customers. Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food daily using hands-on methods without freezers or microwaves.
• Work confidently across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a friendly atmosphere for patrons.
• Collaborate with team members supporting a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Possess a friendly and enthusiastic approach to customer and team interaction.
• Have a passion for serving others and willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Be at least 16 years old and able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
