Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Crew Members to join our North Highlands, CA location. This role involves preparing fresh food daily without microwaves, freezers, or can openers, providing excellent customer service, and helping create a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you have previous experience or are new to the workforce, Chipotle offers comprehensive training and clear pathways for growth—with over 80% of managers promoted internally from Crew roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food manually at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a friendly environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Show passion for assisting customers and teammates alike.
- Eager to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus digital tips.
- Tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
