About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Crew Member and help transform the fast-food experience by providing made-from-scratch meals with real ingredients and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age.
- A friendly and enthusiastic disposition with a passion for assisting customers and teammates.
- Eagerness to learn extensive food preparation and cooking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) spoken at the work location.
