- Develop content ideas, themes, and key messages aligned with company priorities, business sectors, projects, and target audience.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to prepare content calendars, converting plans and campaigns into text ready for design and publication.
- Draft texts for projects, accomplishments, services, partnerships, and events in a trustworthy institutional style that reflects value and impact.
- Prepare creative summaries, headlines, slogans, advertising texts, and calls to action that support campaign goals and communication efforts.
- Create scripts and content for presentations, execution materials, videos, motion graphics, and event collateral.
- Simplify technical and operational information into clear, attractive content without compromising accuracy or meaning.
- Collaborate with designers, digital marketing, events teams, and content-owning departments to assure alignment between text and visuals for effective communication.
- Conduct research, gather information, and verify facts, terminologies, and figures before finalizing and publishing content.
- Maintain the style guide for tone of voice, core messages, and corporate lexicon, ensuring language consistency across all outputs.
- Develop content in Arabic and English or coordinate translations, preserving institutional meaning and style in both versions.
- Review externally and internally produced content from agencies, suppliers, and departments, providing editorial feedback to enhance quality.
- Monitor content trends, platforms, and audience engagement; propose new formats, templates, and story styles to boost interaction and clarity.
- Organize the content library, approved copies, and references; comply with established editorial review, approval processes, and publishing governance within the company.
Behavioral Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Arabic writing and editing, capable of crafting clear, compelling institutional and creative content tailored to different channels and audiences.
- Creative thinking, research, and analytical skills to extract stories and messages from technical and commercial data and translate them into valuable content.
- Meticulous attention to language accuracy and detail, effective prioritization, and strong collaboration abilities; open to feedback and adept at managing multiple deadlines.
Qualifications

- At least 8 years of practical experience in institutional, marketing, or digital content writing and editing, preferably within government entities, large companies, or communication agencies.
- Full proficiency in written and editorial Arabic and good command of English, with the ability to review bilingual content.
- Professional certifications or courses in content writing, editing, content marketing, corporate communications, or SEO are advantageous.
