Job Overview

This role involves efficiently and courteously collecting and delivering packages along a designated route, ensuring each shipment adheres to FedEx Canada service standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels reliably on assigned routes.
• Verify shipments for compliance with FedEx Canada service features.
• Offer customer service support related to shipment handling.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent education.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a strong driving record (maximum of two violations/accidents in the prior 24 months).
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and use appropriate tools to manage packages up to 150 lbs.
• Preferably one year of business experience oriented around customer service.
• Successful completion of mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training at required thresholds.
• Familiarity with FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure and adapt to fluctuating schedules including holidays.

Working Conditions and Details

• Permanent full-time position located in Brandon, Manitoba.
• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, starting at 7:00 AM.
• Must be flexible to work various shifts based on business demands.
